PAA Meeting - Learn How to Write Better Letters to the Editor and Op Eds

At the next PAA meeting, we can get some great tips and techniques for writing effective op eds and letters to the editors. Carol Christian, a Houston Chronicle reporter, has agreed to come help us learn more about how to write LTE and op eds that get published. Just bring the background information and data for an issue and some paper and pens and/or your laptop computer if you have one.

Also let others know and bring them along because this is a skill we could all use!

We will begin to gather at 6:30 pm to socialize and set-up the room. We will start training at 7 pm.

We meet at the Havens Center -- see address and map link below.
NOTE: Do not park across the street in the gravel lot on the north side of Alabama. Use the St. Stephen's Church parking lot, just east of the Havens Center. We suggest you park in well-lit areas of the parking lot (or near the street), and not leave visible items of value in your car.
