Kucinich telephone conference: Presidential campaign morphed into Congressional campaign, which sidelined promise to hold hearings about Rumsfeld’s declaration of missing billions on 9-10-01; the put options that suggested foreknowledge; request DK file bill granting access to 911 Commission’s evidence in national archives which is presently not subject to FOIA requests because commission deemed to be a part of legislative process – DK suggests amending the federal records act to make it subject to FOIA; question about “Fog” with executive order on emergency powers post 911; continuity of government question – DK notes administration’s ability to stonewall and inability or failure of Congress to exercise its responsibilities; whistleblowers from military and elsewhere who are requesting help – DK acknowledges whistleblowers need for protection against retaliation, encouragement and reward for coming forward, which means we’ve gotta rid the country of fear of persecution for blowing whistle on abuse wherever found
11. Don Cook relayed conversation he had with Parnel and referred him to Kofi, whom he’s not yet contacted; Parnel thinks it’s a stretch to pull Conyers into impeachment
