Civicspace Labs (PAA website is now based on Civicspace) has helped
launch a new site which is designed to mirror Cafe Press basically -
on demand merchandise with no initial investment. However, it's
explicit intention is to help non profit organizations in the process.

The agreement is here, I was specifically interested in the profit
sharing piece which is infinitely more reasonable than Cafe Press.

Profit Sharing

As a partner, you keep 70 percent of the profits from your sales. We
retain 30 percent of the markup value of each T-shirt to reinvest in
the development of our company, to better serve all of our partners.
We also support our own corporate charitable donation program.

Partner with GoodStorm to create and sell t-shirt designs with no
upfront cost. We print all products on demand. No hassle. No risk.
Just money for your mission, and time to do that drives your passion.

GoodStorm is explicitly aimed at helping non-profit organization earn
income to support their work through merchandising-- which is to say
that it provides production, online sales, and fulfillment of printed
branded apparel as an online service. We think that where CivicSpace
helps to provide online tools to organizations, GoodStorm will help
the organizations help themselves to become financially sustainable.
