How to Submit an Event

You may use the following form to submit an event to appear on the PAA calendar. All anonymous submissions will require approval prior to posting and may take up to 24 hours to post, so please be patient. We have a webteam of people who are available to review postings.
Posting Guidelines
- Please be sure to verify that the date and time of your event are correct
- For your convenience, our event system automatically generates links to Yahoo maps, however, please be sure to include the zip code for the event and test the Yahoo maps link prior to submitting
- There is no need to enter HTML to include email and URL links. Simply type them as you would normally.
Example: simply type => or www.test.com
versus <a href="mailto:"> or <a href="http://www.test.com/">Test URL</a>
