apparently.

Democratic primary voters in two central Houston precincts get
together for a little food, a lot of fun, and some political talk.

Pct. 223 and 541 "double-D's" will meet and greet along with
candidates Borris Miles (SH 146), David Van Os, and several Houston
city council candidates ahead of the municipal elections and this
spring's primary.
