[06/22/2005] Fixed "taxononomy_dhtml" database problem

I fixed the "dhtml_database" problem by installing the Drupal 4.5 version of the "taxonomy_dhtml" module. The difference(s) are quite significant.

Now the "categories" link on the left-hand menu works.
