Yes!

Yes -- especially the political subcategory. Others are OK with me,
too, although if we start getting a lot of images & video then we may
have to cull it out. The different subcategories is a good idea.

We should probably encourage everyone to put links to cartoons and
videos rather than upload the whole thing to our site, if they are
already on another web site somewhere.

This could even become a "resource" that people or groups (even in
other areas) could come to, if they need a cartoon or joke about Tom
Delay or whoever their favorite target is.

I nominate Charles for Minister of Puns/Punmaster. We'll need
someone, anyway, to take stuff that people just e-mail to us and then
put it on the forum.

Before we get too carried away with new stuff, though, don't forget
that there are still several things pending on our current (new) web
site that we should take care of as soon as we have time.
